Does MaskOff work with my carrier?
MaskOff works with major US carriers and eligible mobile plans.
What your line needs
Your plan must support the forwarding used when you decline a call. Some prepaid or restricted plans do not support it.
US carriers
Select your carrier in MaskOff and the app will show the appropriate activation path.
After setup, decline the guided test call. If the test does not work, MaskOff walks you through the relevant fix. Run it again anytime from MaskOff Settings → Check my setup.
If you use Metro, you may need to enable Call Forwarding with the carrier before continuing in MaskOff. The app and our activation troubleshooting guide walk you through that extra step.
Check your line in the app
Select your carrier and MaskOff will show the right setup.
