Can MaskOff identify an earlier call?

Why earlier calls cannot be identified

MaskOff identifies a blocked call in real time when you decline it and your carrier routes it through the service. A call received before activation was never routed to MaskOff, so there is no call to process later. A screenshot, call-log entry, or voicemail cannot be uploaded for retroactive identification.

Prepare for the next call

Complete the guided activation before another blocked call arrives. Run MaskOff Settings → Check my setup and decline the test call. When the next No Caller ID, Private, or Blocked call arrives, decline it instead of answering. MaskOff will show the identified number in your call history when the call is eligible.

Know the limit

A visible number that has been spoofed is a different problem. MaskOff reveals hidden numbers; it cannot verify the true source of a falsified number already shown on your screen.
